PROCEDURE: Subdivision of participants into shifts by type of membership

Regulations:

In order to participate in the free practice day, the following equipment for sporting use is mandatory:

Full-face helmet, leather suit with protections, single or in two pieces (provided that the jacket and trousers are joined by an internal zip), gloves, boots and back protector;
The driver’s motor vehicle must be perfectly suitable for the test he intends to carry out, for which the following precautions are mandatory, without which entry to the track will be inhibited: Cover the glass surfaces (lights, arrows, etc.) and the license plate circulation with adhesive tape;
Eliminate the rear-view mirrors and, where it is not possible, use adhesive tape; Tie the caps and oil filter with wire or similar; Use crankcase covers in composite material (carbon); It is recommended to replace the coolant with water;
It is recommended to use the sponge inside the fuel tank;
Tires with at least 60% tread are recommended, preferably those in compound;

COVID 19 restrictions:

List of participants / mechanics, with particular attention to the names who, in case of failure to communicate, will not be able to access the structure;
Each participant and / or mechanic must fill in (the participant also the discharge of responsibility) the COVID-19 self-declaration form relating to the last 14 days;
Body temperature detection control at the entrance. If the temperature exceeds 37.5 ° C, access will not be allowed;
10 square meters the necessary space for each person housed in the BOX;
Obligation to wear a mask when moving inside the structure;
Social distancing of at least one meter;
Access to the showers, grandstand, offices and management rooms is prohibited;
The toilets must be used one at a time and will be attended by a collaborator in charge of sanitation.

ATTENTION – IMPORTANT: Opening is guaranteed only if reservations and payments for a minimum of 20 units are reported by the Race Track Management.
